These sauces didn’t start in a kitchen.
It started in survival mode.

After years of factory work and 12 back surgeries, my body finally gave out. I was home, broken, with no paycheck coming in and bills stacking up. No backup plan. Just time, pain, and the pressure of figuring out how to keep going.

I asked myself one hard question: What do I still have left to give?

The answer came from memory.
Fourteen years at a BBQ restaurant in the heart of Milwaukee, Wisconsin—long days, hot kitchens, and sauces so good customers wouldn’t stop talking about them. Those flavors never left me.

So I started there. Mixing ingredients from memory. Failing. Dumping batches. Starting over. For weeks, I cooked through pain and doubt, chasing a flavor I knew had to exist. Batch after batch, I kept pushing.

What came out wasn’t a copy of what I made back then.

It was better, much better.

That’s how Ted’s Amazing Sauce was born. Two bold sauces with heat that shows up—but doesn’t take over. Sauces made to add flavor, not hide it. Sauces you actually want to put on everything.

More flavors are coming. But this—this is where it started.
From nothing. From grit. From refusing to quit.
